At Off Side always 14 days on sight (download in PDF)

You can return all items you have purchased from us under certain conditions. At Off Side you have a trial period of 14 days for your orders. You can view the article within this period, unless stated otherwise.

If you receive an item that has been damaged by transport, please contact us to report this.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it within the trial period. The trial period starts on the day after delivery.

Off Side has rules for returns. If you want to return the order, we ask you to observe the following:

- Ensures that the return is reported within the trial period of 14 days. We would like to receive a message about this by e-mail info@offsidewear.com
- After reporting your return, you have 14 days to ensure that the package is returned to us.
- Include a fully completed return form with your return shipment (download via the site) or the European model withdrawal form.
- Send your return preferably in an outer box or extra packaging so that the item is not damaged or broken. A complete refund is not possible when returning a damaged item.

The following is important for fast and proper processing of the returned item:

- Include a completed return form with your return.
- If you are returning more than one package and you only have one return slip, add a note with your name, address and customer number to the other packages.

Pay attention! When an order is returned unstamped, we will deduct the shipping costs from any amount to be refunded.

Returns via TNT Business point

You can hand in most articles (maximum 30 kg, 150 liters and / or 80 cm) at a TNT Business point. You can find TNT Business point near you. You will receive a return receipt with a number at the TNT Business point (keep this safe)

Do you want to bring your package to TNT Business point? You do not have to make an appointment in advance. Look here for the TNT Business point in your area. We advise you to request proof of sending when you drop off the package at the post office.

For a faster processing of your return, we ask you to take care of the following points:

    to return the article as original as possible and undamaged;
    leaving all labels and cards on the article does not prevent this from hindering the assessment of the products;
    pack the product in a box or envelope around the original packaging where reasonably possible to protect the product;
    clearly state the address of our customer service;
    add a return form for a quick handling of your complaint and to clarify your complaint;
    ask for proof of this when you hand in your package at the post office.

Bring it back yourself

As an extra service, we also offer you the option to exchange or return items that you have bought in the Shop Online at Car Fantasy in the store in Elst. In the store you can exchange something for another item. We ask you to bring the delivery note / invoice if you want to exchange or return an item in the store.

Items manufactured according to specifications or according to the customer's wishes cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please note: Have you received an incorrect item, do you have a complaint about an item or do you want your money back? Then you can return the items to our Return Service.

Wrong item received

Check if the item you receive is the same as the one you ordered. If you have accidentally received another item, you can return it free of charge within 2 months of receipt. To find out why you have received another item, it is important that you indicate on the back of the invoice what the reason for return is and what the difference is between the two items. Clearly state the article number on the packaging and send the article free of charge to:

Warranty conditions
Car Fantasy guarantees the proper functioning of the products it supplies during the warranty period. The legal warranty period is used for all products. If a defect should occur in the product during the warranty period (as a result of manufacturing or material defects), it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
